Open Inventory with F6 or I. Open Character with F5. These are the default keys.

With the shop's sell mode and the warehouse closed, double-click a consumable to use it, or a piece of equipment to put it on. The same double-click does something else while you are selling or banking, so close those panels first.

There are two kinds of stacking. A quantity stack joins matching stackable items into one. A visual group puts separate items in the same place so your bag is easier to read.

To make a visual group, pick up an item and hold Shift while you place it in the bag. Similar items move to that spot. Five shields stay five shields. They do not become one item with a count of five.

For potions, the default keys are Insert for HP and Delete for MP. Press F1 to check your current keys.
